Tomorrow is Saturday and there will be parties, weddings and Owambes everywhere. Wearing a designer gown is one thing but Looking Fabulous and trendy in it is another.
Personally Peejay likes to stand out, either by the way I walk into an event venue (**wink**)or what I wear and especially how I wear them.
Recent survey has shown that we are gradually dressing like the westerners, But the class of diets we consume are high in Carbohydrate.(garri, amala, pounded yam, fufu)etc these meals Bloats the belly and develops layers.
Personally, I will never starve myself because of fashion but I have some tricks I have used over the years which I will be sharing with you below:
Peejay's quick Tips to disguise that bulge you are dying to hide. hehehehehehehhehehe.
Tuck In: Ladies my mother taught me that a woman should never walk with her belly released. A woman's belly MUST always be tucked in. This is achieved by tucking in and gripping your belly muscles. Doing this will not only give a flat belly but also a good posture.

Tips: Go for A cut dresses, Loose gowns, Flare gowns or peplum.
Body Shaper: Slip into a waist cincher or a full body shaper and that does it. no dos and don'ts; just eat your heart away.
Eat Smart: 24 hours to the occasion please avoid carbohydrate especially garri and yam or fufu; as well as alcohol as this is known to bloat the belly. It is strongly advised to consume diets high in protein because it boosts metabolism and balances blood sugar. The lower you keep your blood sugar, the lower you keep your insulin, and insulin makes you store fat around your middle. Eating every three to four hours will keep your blood sugar even.
