Mine has been very hectic but I try to squeeze out time to interact with you my dearies.
Today our discussion will be centered on a very important fashion accessory YOUR FACE...... I term this the Hottest and a most have accessory for everyone, gone are the days when only females cared about their looks , I've met men who are eager to have not just suave looking faces but a smooth and attractive one.
FACE IS YOUR FIRST IMPRESSION!
It is your first impression because that is your focal point, and it is what you are recognised and remembered with. Have you observed that many a times we are described with either our positive or negative feature. I have heard people being described with adjectives that brought tears to my eyes.
Nobody wants a rough face neither does anyone make one rough deliberately but there are factors responsible for this ugly and dreaded situation :
Diet: Certain diets trigger acne or pimples personally I have noticed that whenever I use mayonnaise, margarine or eat peanut/groundnuts I break out, discovering this on time helped me tremendously. I now consume them sparingly.
Beauty Products: Many ladies believe that expensive products are the best! yes this may be true depending on your skin type, personally I try not to change my product because on several occasions I had break-out was as a result of using products alien to my skin but not because they were cheap.
FACT: For the past 3 years I have been using Dettol Cool bar which is just a hundred Naira and less than $1 on my face and it has worked perfectly for me but whenever I try to introduce something different like a facial wash I break-out seriously. SMH
Birth Control Pills: In As much as this is a companion to most women, it most be used with caution because depending on your skin type and metabolism it may turn out bad. I have seen women that added weight within months of being on birth control pills. All i'm saying is, know the pill that works perfectly on you.

Stress may produce sebum an oily substance that mixes with dead skin cells and bacteria to clog the hair follicles, leading to a pimple or acne cyst.
DOs
Research has proven that certain lifestyles will work for everyone irrespective of your skin type, colour or religious inclination:
Exercise: By increasing blood flow, exercise helps nourish skin cells and keep them vital. Blood carries oxygen and nutrients to working cells throughout the body, including the skin and also helps carry away waste products.. But remember to use your sunscreen.
Exfoliate: Exfoliating your face clears away dead skin cells and improves blood circulation and brings radiance to your face. I exfoliate using Queen Helen facial scrub ( buy here)
Water: Drinking plenty of water flushes toxins out of your body. From time to time be on a juice diet to clean out your system of impurities.
FRUITS: Eating fruits is very important because it gives your skin a natural glow no cream would.

Remove Makeup – On no condition should you go to bed with your makeup no matter how tired you are, washing up is the best prevention. Always go to bed with a clean skin and a dab of moisturizer.
Thank you for dropping by.
XOXO: Peejay
