Senator Replies Critics

Nigeria has many uncountable problems and none of them is early marriage. As a matter of fact early marriage the solution to about half of our problems. For those who wonder if I can give my daughter(s) out in marriage at the age of 9 or 13, I tell you most honestly, I can give her out at the age of 6 if I want to and its not your business.

This is because I am a Muslim and I follow the example of the best of mankind, Muhammad ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ .
In Islam, marriage is not only about sex, it is about family and helping one another in achieving their goals, which is the attainment of Paradise.

In Islam, a girl can be given out in marriage as early as 6 years old, but consummation of the marriage can only be done when the girl becomes physically mature and she gives her consent to it because unlike English law, it is not permissible for a man To Molest his wife in Shari'ah Law.

So what can anybody tell me?

I live in a city where young girls at the age of 12 have already became serial fornicators and cannot count the number of man they've Were Intimate with.

I live in a City where primary school children disvirgin themselves behind toilets on Valentine day.

I live in a city where young girls flood the street at night looking for men that would give them N500 to Be Intimate with them.

I live in a city where parents send their daughters out overseas to prostitute and send dollars down.

I live in a City where Government officials pick undergraduates from University car parks with Coastal Buses to wild sex parties.

I live in a city where abortion is so common that even a Chemist shop owner can perform abortion with just N2,500.

These are your daughters, and this should worry you and not Yerima's private matters.

So ask me again why I support early marriage and I will slap the Jinn out of your head''.

Foods That Can Boost Your Mood

googleimage
For stress Eat Chocolate
Chocolate makes us happy: eating dark chocolate every day for two weeks reduced stress hormones, including cortisol, in people who were highly stressed, a study done at the Nestle Research Center in Switzerland recently found. Experts believe it could be as a result of the antioxidants in chocolate. so whenever stress creeps on remember it is  time to pull out a chocolate bar.

Crankiness can be a sign that your body needs fuel. Just be sure to refuel the right way: with foods that don’t leave you with a blood sugar crash an hour later, setting the crankiness cycle in motion all over again. To blast irritability, “eat combination foods at each meal and snack,
Combination foods contain a carbohydrate in combination with either some protein or some fat. Carbohydrates are a great source of energy that quickly burns out. Adding some fat or protein will slow the digestion process, causing your sugar and energy levels to remain stable for a longer amount of time. A great example of a combination snack is an apple with peanut butter. The apple is your healthy complex carbohydrate and the peanut butter is a healthy fat. Combining these powerhouse foods tastes delicious and gives you energy that lasts for hours!”

For Anger:
Whatever the reason for that angry feeling, if you must to calm down fast, consider sipping a cup of green tea, Here’s why: “Green tea contains theanine, which calms you and helps you maintain clear concentration and focus, Green tea’s modest amount of caffeine won’t send you into an angry rage, either; it’s gentler on your body than coffee.

Eat Whole-Grain Cereal with Lowfat Milk
Research shows that sadness may have something to do with a deficiency of vitamin D in your diet. “This nutrient has many different roles in the body, one of which is to help in the production of serotonin, If you’re low on vitamin D, you may be affecting your body’s ability to stabilize your mood and reduce feelings of depression. To boost your intake of vitamin D, turn to lowfat fortified milk, fortified cereals.
“Depending on your diet, you may also need to take a calcium and vitamin D supplement,

For depression eat fish
Several recent studies have suggested that men and women have a lower risk of having symptoms of depression if they eat a lot of fish, particularly fatty fish like salmon, which is high in omega-3 fatty acids.
Omega-3s from fish seem to have positive effects on clinically defined mood swings such as postpartum depression. so what are you waiting for go grab yourself  a plate of POINT and KILL

For stress eat Coconut
When you’re stressed, the scent of coconut may blunt your natural “fight or flight” response, slowing your heart rate. People who breathed in coconut fragrance in a small pilot study at Columbia University saw their blood pressure recover more quickly after a challenging task. The researchers speculate that inhaling a pleasant scent enhances alertness while soothing our response to stress.

Carbohydrate
Despite persistent myths to the contrary, carbohydrate don’t make you fat and they can boost your mood. In a new study in the Archives of Internal Medicine, people who for a year followed a very-low-carbohydrate diet—which allowed only 20 to 40 grams of carbohydrate daily, about the amount in just 1/2 cup of rice plus one piece of bread—experienced more depression, anxiety and anger than those assigned to a low-fat, high-carbohydrate diet that focused on low-fat dairy, whole grains, fruit and beans. Researchers suspect that carbs promote the production of serotonin, a feel-good brain chemical. Also, the challenge of following such a restrictive low-carbohydrate diet for a full year may have negatively impacted mood.

Fruits & Vegetables
Research shows that those constantly on diet rich in whole foods are less likely to feeling depressed than those who ate lots of desserts, fried foods, processed meats, refined grains and high-fat dairy products. Previous studies have shown that antioxidants in fruits and vegetables and omega-3 fatty acids in fish are associated with lower risk of depression. Folate, a B vitamin found in beans, citrus and dark green vegetables like spinach, affects neurotransmitters that impact mood. It’s possible that the protectiveness of the whole-food diet comes from a cumulative effect of these nutrient..

Big Brother Fan Reply To Charles Novia

Ok seriously this Beverly and Angelo hook up has caused a nationwide raucous!!! To the extent that a certain so called "Prominent citizen" in the Nigerian entertainment industry felt the need to add his 2 kobo worth of opinion on the matter.

Bloggers have been posting an article by Nigerian's umm " actor/director/producer/executive producer/screen writer/ location manager/Husband/ Father/ possibly Grandfather to name a few (dodges bullets) named Charles Novia. In this article Uncle Charles (in a bid to be polite) states that South Africa has "FINGERED and SUB-R^PED" Nigeria.

My issue with this statement is that it is a "Flammable" statement. You should know better and not use words like "R^PE" in such a context. One major underlying factor of BBA is to "UNITE AFRICA" whereby various African countries live together under one roof and get to know each though in competition with one another. Please Uncle Charles we mere BBA fanatics dare you to come up with a captivating show uniting Africa where no country will run the risk of being 'FINGER3D' by another country.

It is sad to note that Narrow minded Old Folks like you are the reason why most African Countries are still backward in terms of Development and Liberty. Yes Africans go on and on about how we fought for FREEDOM from the WHITE MAN but the question still remains how are we going to fight for FREEDOM FROM OURSELVES??? Please answer if you can. BBA is a show that Majority of Africa has embraced and is here to stay in terms of entertainment. In your bid to reinvent yourself in the entertainment industry please go about it in a classy way and not cheaply rubbing off from others publicity. This STUNT of yours has RUN its course so let it be.

Royal Baby Waves To The Crowd... LOL

Royal Baby Waves At First Public Appearance

In his very first public appearance, the heir to the royal throne had people absolutely falling in love with him already! Wrapped in a sweet white blanket, the little boy poked his little hand out, waving at the crowds as his mom and dad waved too. The new family exited the Lindo Wing of the hospital where Kate gave birth just the day before.

The royal baby finally made his first appearance on July 23. In his big reveal, the newborn boy decided that he should wave while his mom and dad were waving to the crowds!

His Royal Highness Prince of Cambridge may only be one day old, but he’s a complete pro at charming the crowds! Proud parents Kate Middleton, 31, and Prince William, 31, showed off their newborn as they were leaving St. Mary’s Hospital on July 23, stopping to pose for pictures and answer a few questions from the press. All eyes were on the new family, and the royal baby definitely did not disappoint his waiting crowds!

awwwww isn't he adorable?
